Mike Neves is the President of Access Mortgage & Real Estate.  He opened the office in September 2000.  Mike specializes in first time home buyers.  He is certified to do CalVet, CalPers and small commercial loans.  Mike has been in the lending industry for over 17 years.

Prior to Access Mortgage, Mike managed The Associates and American General Finance.  He has a degree in Business Administration from Chico State University with an Emphasis in Finance.  He also has a minor from Chico State in Economics as well as an A.A. Degree in Management Information from Shasta College in Redding.

Mike is currently the President of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers Greater Northstate Chapter.  He has done presentations for first time home buyers in conjunction with the City of Redding DAP Program.  Mike is a member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers as well as the California Association of Realtors.

Mike has been quoted by the Record Searchlight Newspaper several times as an expert in the area for real estate and home mortgages.
